1. Turn on Camera App:

First, you should tap on Win+I hotkey in order to open Windows Settings. After this, you should launch the Privacy category. Now in the left side, you should scroll and then select the Camera app. At this point, you should go to the right side and then check Allow apps to access your camera. In case, it is turned off, then you should toggle it On.

2. Update your Webcam Driver:

You can open Run dialog box just by using Win+R altogether. Then in the search box, you need to enter devmgmt.msc and then hit Enter key. After this, you should double-tap on Camera section. Now, you have to right-click on the name of your webcam and then select Properties option. Here in this page, you should visit to the Driver tab. At this point, you should click on Update Driver and then hit on OK button. Next, you should select Search automatically for updated driver software option. This process will not take so much time to complete.  At the end, restart your device and then check the error is solved or not.

3. Roll Back Camera Driver:

First of all, you should right-tap on the Start button and then select Device Manager. After this, you should double tap on the Camera (Imaging devices) option. Now, you should right-tap on the name of your webcam and then select Properties option. In the next page, you should visit to the Driver tab. 5. Reset Camera App:

First, you need to open Windows Settings by using Win+I together. After this, you should click on the Apps section. Now from the left side, you should select Apps & features. Here you should move to the right side, and then select Camera. At this point, you should tap on Advanced options. Then in the next page, you should scroll down and then find Reset. At the end, hit on the Reset button in order to reset the Camera App.

6. Run Store Apps Troubleshooter:

You should right-hit on the Start menu and then select Settings. Now, you should click on the Update & Security category. Then from the left side, then select Troubleshoot. Here go to the right side, and then scroll down and then find Windows Store Apps. At the end, you should select it and then hit on Run the troubleshooter.
