Method To Fix Error Writing To File:
1. Register Windows Installer Service:
You should type cmd in the search tab and then click on Run as administrator just under Command Prompt to begin it with full privileges. If the Command Prompt opens, you should enter the following lines:

2. Run chkdsk Command:
You should open Command Prompt as administrator. If Command Prompt opens, you should enter chkdsk X: /r and then press Enter key. (you should replace X with the letter which matches your hard drive). When the scan finishes, you should run the installation process.
3. Rename com.Apple.Outlook.client.resources folder:

5. Change Security Permissions for the ProgramData folder:
5.1 Change Owner of the Folder:
For this, you should open File Explorer and then go to C:. Now, you should locate the ProgramData folder. For this, you should go to View tab and then check Hidden items checkbox. After this, you should right-click on the ProgramData folder and then choose Properties. Now, you should go to the Security tab and then click on Advanced button. At this point, you should click on the Change link which is next to the Owner name. Here in Enter the object name to select, you should enter Administrators and then click on Check names. Then, you should hit on OK button to save changes. Now, you have to choose the Replace the owner on subcontainers and objects. 5.2 Change Permissions from the Advanced security settings:
If the Advanced Security Settings window opens then you should check if SYSTEM and Administrators group have Full control access. If in case, one of the groups is missing, then you should add it by tapping on the Add button. If in case, any of the two groups doesn’t have Full control, then you should change that by double-clicking on the group and then check the Full control option. After this, you should tick mark Replace all child object permissions entries with inheritable permissions entries from this object and then click on Apply and OK button. At last, you should try to reinstall the application again.
