1. Use On-screen Keyboard:

For this, first the user should press Windows Key + S altogether to open Search. After this, you should type on screen keyboard. Now, you have to choose On-Screen Keyboard from the list of results. At the end, you should use the virtual keyboard just to enter the specific numbers.

2. Check that Num Lock is Pressed:

3. Turn off Mouse Keys:
