Ctrl + 2: It helps to view to Calendar.

- Reply To Email With Meeting:
You don’t have to enter the calendar and then create a meeting from the scratch. You just have to open an email and then you have to click on “Meeting” in the home toolbar. After this, you can invite other people, attach files, and then just set the date and time.
- Set Default Alert Times:
Sometimes it happens that the meeting slips from your mind, in that situation you can set the default alert time. To set the time, you have to click on the File tab, and then click on Options. After this, you have to click on Calendar. Then you can Enter a new time in the Calendar Options section.
- Public Holiday Notification:
Now you can see the public holidays in your MS Outlook calendar. For this, you have to click on File, and then on Options. After this, just click on Calendar, and then Add Holidays. Now you have to Select your country. Here you will see all the public holidays of your country will automatically add on your Outlook calendar.
- Share Your Calendar:
Instead of telling the people about the meeting time, you can share your calendar with them. For this, first you have to open your calendar. Then just click on Share Calendar in the Home toolbar. After this, Enter the recipient’s email address and then just send them your calendar. If you want to hide some meetings from the recipient, the you have to right click them on your calendar and then just select “Private” first.
