Print Labels From MS Word:

For this, first you have to Go to the Mailings tab. Then you have to Select Labels in the Create section. Here you will see the Envelopes and Labels dialog box will open with the Labels tab selected. Now you have to Select Options to open Label Options. After this, you have to Choose the label brand in the Label Vendors or Label Products list, and then you have to select the product number matching the labels which you want to print on. Now you have to Select OK button. Then you have to Type an address in the Address box. After this, just Customize the formatting of the address via Font or Paragraph formatting options. Now you have to Select OK button after making any changes. You have to Select Full Page of the Same Label in the Print section. After this, you have to Select Single Label in the Print section if you want to print one label. And you have to Choose the row and column where you want the address printed on the sheet of labels. You will see your label sheet is waiting in the printer and then you have to select Print.

Then you have to Type the information which you want into each label. Now you have to Go to the File tab, and then select Print, and then you have to select the Print button when you want to print the labels and save it.
