Causes of the Outlook Certificate Error:
The causes of the Outlook Certificate Error are if in case, your connections do not have Certification Authority, if Outlook access is prevented by third-party extensions, if the name of the site is incorrect on the certificate and if the Outlook certificate is not valid.
Solution To Fix Outlook Certificate Error:
- Download and Install Trusted Root Certificate:
You should open the Certificate dialogue box, then go to the ‘Install’ button and just click on it. After this, click on the ‘Next’ button. Now under the ‘Store’ checkbox, you have to choose the ‘Place all certificate’ option. Then, just click on the ‘Browse’ option. Here, you should click on the ‘Ok’ button after you click on the ‘Trusted Root Certification Authorities’. Again, you have to click on the ‘Next’ tab. At this point, you should press on ‘Finish’. At last, tap on OK button.
After you apply this method, just reboot your device and then just start the Outlook app.
2: Cross-Check Outlook Certificate and Repair:
To examine the certificate, you should open an internet browser. After this, you should enter the link in the URL box and then click on enter button:
Now, you should go to the bottom-right corner of the browser and then just double-click on the ‘Padlock’ gear. After this, you should click on the ‘Details’ tab. Here, you should give the following information:

3: Disable Third-party Browser Extensions:

And then you should select ‘Manage add-ins’. Now, you have to select the ‘Add-ins’ options from the ‘Show’ window and then you will see the list of all the active browser extensions.
