Solution to Repair Black Screen With Cursor:
- Check for technical issues:
First you should check for the connection problems like cable is properly connected to your monitor and computer and also check for cable damage. You can also connect your computer to a different monitor and if it works properly this means that your monitor needs fixing. You should disconnect all external devices like cameras, phones, printers and then reboot your device. Corrupted hardware is also the reason for black screen with cursor. If you are using a laptop, then shut it down and just remove the battery. After this, press the Power button for 60 seconds and then you has to reequip the computer with batter, and try to login to Windows again.
- Reboot in Safe Mode:
First you have to reboot your machine. When you see the Windows logo then just press the Power button on your PC just to interrupt the boot sequence. This process will automatically boot you into Advanced Startup mode. Now you have to select Troubleshoot option and then choose Advanced options. Then, you have to click on Startup Settings and then just Restart your computer. After this, you have to click on F5/5 to access Safe Mode with Networking Access Safe Mode.
