How to back up Access database?

Here you have to select the option ‘Save Database As’ which is there under ‘File Types’. Now you have to hit on the Back Up Database which is there under ‘Advanced’ option. Then you have to tap on the ‘Save As’option, and then you will see the dialog box will open. Now in this box, you can review or edit the name of the database backup. You can also view the date when the backup is created. Here from the Save as type list, you should select the desired file. And then click on the ‘Save’ option when you complete the process.

Restore Missing Objects in a Database:

For this, first you should open the database which you want to restore an object of your choice. Then to restore missing objects, you have to tap on the ‘External Data’ option. Here you have to click ‘Access’ when you go to the ‘Import & Link’ group. Now it will open the dialog box, you just have to click on the ‘Browse’ option. When you find the desired database, you have to click on ‘Open’ option. After this, you have to select the option “Import tables, queries, forms, reports, macros, and modules into the current database”.
