Access Google Drive Offline on Windows PC:

First of all, open your Google Chrome browser. Then, you should download and install the Google Docs offline Chrome extension in the Chrome Web Store. After this, you should log in to your Google account if have not signed in. Now from your My Drive page, you should select the gear icon which is in the upper-right corner of the screen to open the Settings menu. Here, you should select General from the left panel, and then you have to check the box next to Sync Google Docs, Sheets, Slides & Drawings files to this computer so that you can edit offline.

After this, you have to select Done. And the changes which you will make without Wi-Fi will be updated the next time when you connect to the internet. Now, you have to download and install the personal version of Backup and Sync for Google Drive. At this point, you have to open Backup and Sync and then just sign in to your Google Account. When you connect to the internet, you should open the Google Drive app. Then, you should click on the three vertical dots which is next to the name of the file which you want to edit offline. After this, you have to click on Available offline on the menu to enable offline editing. If you want to view the files which you have made available offline, then you should click on the hamburger icon which is in the top-left corner of the screen to open a menu, and then just tap on Offline.
